Charlie’s Baseball Game
My sister-in-law asked me to take photos of Charlie’s last baseball game of the season. It was such a beautiful and sunny day and I’m not going to lie, that made my job easier! I didn’t know what to expect because I’m not much a sports fan, but I had SO much fun watching my nephew play.
Just as a little side note: a common misconception people make is assuming a photographer’s work is good because of the camera they’re using. This couldn’t be further from the truth! Yes, I do shoot with an expensive camera, but I’ve taken GREAT and HORRIBLE shots with that same lens. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE LIGHTING!!!! The lighting was perfect during this shoot so I’m using it as an example.
In photography, I’d say 3 things are important: 1.) LIGHTING. 2.) Composition 3.) Comfort … in both the subject and the photographer.
Anyways, some of my favorite shots in this album are the ones in black and white. Enjoy!
